Mr. Ganis started Gibraltar Futures in the winter of 2011 with partner Travis Vincent.  Gibraltar Futures specializes in self directed trading, managed products, and broker assisted accounts, all serving the needs of serious futures traders and investors.

Mr. Ganis co-founded eLocal, LLC (later renamed eLocalAccess, LLC) in March 2000. From 1980 to 1982 Mr. Ganis was a member of the New York Futures Exchange while managing the floor operations for Heinold Commodities and then the British firm Rouse Woodstock at the Chicago Board of Trade. In addition Mr. Ganis began his pit-trading career, trading his own account at the Chicago Board of Trade. In 1984 he took over the management of all trading operations at the Chicago Board of Trade for Oppenheimer Futures. From 1986 until March of 2000 Mr. Ganis was the owner and partner of S&G Associates servicing floor traders at the Chicago Board of Trade. In addition Mr. Ganis was a pit trader in the Municipal Bond futures pit for 11 years with a two year break trading the Ten Year Not Futures. In the late 90's Mr. Ganis was selected by the Chicago Board of Trade to participate on the Dow Jones Futures contract Pit Planning committee to work on the release of the contract. After the contract release, Mr. Ganis was appointed Co-Chairman of the Pit Committee. In March of 2000 Mr. Ganis was a founding partner and C.O.O. of eLocal L.L.C., a cutting edge pioneer in the field of electronic execution in the futures market. At eLocal, Mr. Ganis used his extensive professional trading and operations experience to deal with professional traders adding emphasis on the state of the art electronic execution and service.

In 2005 Mr. Ganis merged eLocal into TradeMaven Group LLC. Mr Ganis was a managing member and responsible for the operations and management of TradeMaven Group LLC, TradeMaven Clearing, TradeMaven Software, TradeMaven Inside Edge, eLocalAdvisors LLC (CTA/CPO), and the eLocalAdvisors Financial Futures Fund. In addition he is using his 32 years of experience in the business to build investment relationships and market the firm's services. Mr. Ganis is currently, and has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade since 1982.  Mr. Ganis continues to be a managing member of TradeMaven Group as well as a managing member of Gibraltar Futures LLC.

Mr. Ganis holds the Series #7 and #63 registration with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), registered principal/Associated Person with the National Futures Association, and the registered floor trader/broker 8-R with the National Futures Association.
