Mr. Vincent started Gibraltar Futures in the winter of 2011 with Jeffery Ganis to serve the needs of serious futures traders and investors.
Mr. Vincent has been involved in the futures industry for the past 12 years. He got his start as professional electronic trader in 2000 and joined the brokerage side in 2006. From 2004 through 2007, he was a partner and head of electronic trading for Van Buren Partners (a proprietary futures trading firm). His focus had been on trading equity index futures traded on Eurex, and later, on trading oil and gas futures traded on the Intercontinental Exchange. Mr. Vincent also has a great deal of experience trading US equity index futures, US interest rate futures as well as stocks and options. In addition to trading he instructed the traders of Van Buren Partners on the technical and the psychological aspects of trading.
In 2006 Mr. Vincent joined TradeMaven Group as a managing partner. TradeMaven has its roots in providing a state of the art trading and charting platform for online retail traders and professional traders alike. TradeMaven expanded into the brokerage business through a merger with an introducing broker located in the Chicago Board of Trade. TradeMaven continues to operate with a focus on serving the needs of professional floor traders at the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Mr. Vincent graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a degree in Finance. He was a member of the Market Technicians Association, and has completed level 1 of the Chartered Market Technician's program.
